Do you take reservations?
Our horseback rides are first come, first served.
What are the costs and times for the horseback rides?

What is the best time to visit during your busy season?
Our busiest times are on the weekends and in the months of June-August and October. In order to avoid the crowds, we recommend coming between 9:00-10:30AM and after 3:00PM.
I am interested in the guided horseback rides. Can small children ride with an adult?
All children must be 6 years of age or older and 48” or taller to ride on the guided horseback trails. Due to visitor safety, we cannot allow double riding.
Families with small children may still participate in the carriage and hayrides at our sister National Park riding stables at Cades Cove, which has no weight or age restrictions. www.CadesCoveStables.com
What is the weight limit for riders?
The weight limit for riders is 250 lbs. on the guided horseback rides for the safety of the rider and welfare of the horses.

Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we take MasterCard and Visa.
Do you offer rides during the winter or after November 30?
Even horses need a vacation! We shut down operations to rest the trails, pastures, and horses, but we will be back again in March.
