Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your ride will receive a full refund. Minus the Service Charge.

 • Within 24 Hours: Guests may cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled ride for a refund, but a 15% cancellation fee will be applied. We’re happy to try and reschedule your ride within 30 days if preferred.

 • No-Shows: No refunds or rescheduling for no-show bookings.

• Weather-Related Cancellations & Refunds
If NSPC Sugarlands LLC cancels a ride due to severe weather or hazardous conditions, affected customers will have the option to:
• Reschedule to another available date at no additional charge, OR
• Receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days of cancellation. Minus the service charge.
Customers will be notified via email and/or phone at least 2 hours before the scheduled ride in case of weather-related cancellations if possible.
